Motivation in animal training, what does that look like?

Motivation has been a tricky subject in animal training and great label for many of our animals. He is too motivated, she has no motivation, or they are just not motivated. What is it? In these podcast we explore the ways we look at motivation and how to use them well in our profession.

In this first podcast we discuss what motivation is and we try to operationalize it. We look at many of the tools available to us to evaluate and influence it.

Once you we have worked though all the options and solutions in the first podcast we might have need for others. In this second podcast we discuss other ways to create motivation, if there is a need for more motivation or an increase in motivation.
